Novgorod

Today I visited Novgorod, when I was there I got the chance to take a tour of the history. I thought to myself what was the worth of the taking a history tour in a town that looked as if it was in the middle of nowhere. I find it amazing that I almost let all the history of the town slip by. I found out was one of the few major city's trashed by the Nazis in world war two. My sight of the trip was viewing the Chamber of Facets because it looked very Gothic and almost scary.

Haiti

I have decided that I will give my 10 Dollars to American Red Cross. I pick this foundation because I think that most of the money is going to Haiti and not to the company. I think that this is one of the best organisations to donate to. I can also see that they have many people on the ground helping people in Haiti. This is why I think that people should donate to American Red Cross

St. Petersburg

Today I was in St. Petersburg and I was a very interesting city. I got to learn that a tsars named Peter the Great founded the great city. I asked if Peter the Great was better then Ivan the Terrible but my guide told me that it all depended on the times that they ruled. After the tour I stopped by the best Russian Restaurant ever. I had an awesome dish of Beef Stroganoff. That was the best taste of the whole trip. After my supper I went to my hotel and here I am writing to you. It is time for me to go now and I am very exited about tomorrow when I climb Caucasus Mountains

Moscow

I arrived in Moscow, Russia today at 9:00 am. I was surprised that the cab driver for the airport knew most of the English language. I immediately went to the city's center otherwise known as the Red Square. It cost me 125 (R) so I was happy that my hotel was walking distance. The Square was full of people 99% of them had black hair so I felt like I did not fit in. I saw a strange buildingon the right that said Great Moscow Circus so I felt like finding what it was like.. It was huge with more than 3300 seat and hundreds of performers. It was an amazing show with many different acts. After it was getting dark so I felt like getting a bit to eat and check into the hotel. That was my day in Moscow. One thing that I learned is that you should never judge a person by their skin or hair color. I think that I learned this because I bet that all those people had different personality's but many of them looked the same.
